You will lead the Learning & Capability workstream from strategy and learning needs analysis through to content development, delivery and post-go-live support.
This role combines strategic ownership, team leadership and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver the training strategy and plan across multiple program waves.
- Lead learning needs analysis and design role-specific learning pathways for corporate, frontline and operational teams.
- Translate business process changes and solution designs into practical, targeted learning.
- Lead the development of digital learning assets, simulations, facilitator guides and job aids, using WalkMe as the primary platform.
- Coordinate blended training delivery across a distributed, shift-based workforce.
- Establish and support Train-the-Trainer and Super User networks.
- Work with functional and technical teams to align training environments and materials with the configured solution.
- Track completion,



competency and capability gaps to inform business readiness and go-live decisions.
- Lead a small training analyst team and support the transition to ongoing business ownership.

Skills

- Proven experience leading training workstreams for large-scale ERP or SAP transformations. SAP S/4HANA experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong capability across learning needs analysis, curriculum design, content development and training delivery.
- Hands-on experience developing and governing learning content in WalkMe.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-site organisations with frontline or operational workforces.
- A track record of building effective Train-the-Trainer and Super User programs.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and training effectiveness reporting.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience working alongside implementation partners and business teams.
- Experience leading a small team while remaining actively involved in delivery.
