NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Senior Installation Supervisor to lead heavy mechanical installation on a major renewable energy project in the NSW Snowy Mountains. You will oversee drafts, penstocks and embedded steelwork, directing crews, subcontractors and specialist teams to deliver safely on time.
You will ensure works meet drawings and specs, manage ITPs and QA/QC, coordinate with civil and electrical teams, and support planning and toolbox talks to foster a solid safety culture.
