Bali Body, a leading Australian beauty brand, is seeking a hands-on Head of Performance Marketing to own its global performance marketing function. You will drive paid acquisition across markets, manage budgets, test strategies and partner with Creative, eCommerce, CRM and leadership.
You'll lead strategy and execution across Meta, Google and TikTok, optimize CAC, MER and ROAS, and work with external agencies to scale growth while aligning with Bali Body's ambitious global rollout.
