We’re a fast growing, national business and we need an energetic, data driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and scale an established team of 8 outbound reps.

What You'll Do

- Lead and develop our outbound sales team , holding them accountable to targets and celebrating their success.
- Use call analytics, conversion trends, and CRM data to find hidden opportunities and optimise performance.
- Continuously improve scripts, lead distribution, and customer journeys to drive conversions.
- Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain high performing sales talent.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience leading a successful outbound telesales or call center team.
- Strong track record of high performance in previous sales roles.
- Strong fluency with sales metrics , conversion data, and CRM insights.




- A coach first mindset, you set high standards, build confidence, and know how to help people win.
- High energy, commercial sharp mindedness , and a passion for hitting targets.
