Komatsu is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our in office maintenance team at Batchfire Callide Mine. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality and maximizing equipment uptime, working closely with technicians and subcontractors to keep Komatsu gear performing at its best.
You'll own the day-to-day supervision, plan and allocate work, review PMs and site records, and drive continuous improvement with planners and the broader team.
