Staying hands-on with research projects, team leadership, client ownership and consultancy, this role is well suited to a quant focused, senior Associate Director ready to explore their next career chapter.

The Role

- Leading a top performing team and helping them grow both their people skills and technical capabilities
- Taking care of retained clients and helping build relationships with new accounts
- Designing research studies and solutions that clearly deliver on client objectives

The Person

- A robust track record in insights consulting, with a quantitative focus and demonstrable ability to work across multi-dimensional client projects
- Skilled at unpicking a client brief and knowing how to deliver outstanding work at the finish line
- The ability to combine the art and science of data analytics with compelling storytelling
- Someone who enjoys teaching and helping others develop their core consulting skills
