Spective Group is seeking a Deputy Production Manager to join our offsite manufacturing facilities. You will report to the Production Manager, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality while leading OH&S; initiatives across the site.
You will analyse priorities with the Production Manager, coordinate production labour, set up CNC machines, mentor team members, and contribute to hands-on fabrication when needed.
