Your work will include:

- Commercial building and carpentry maintenance

- Reactive and planned maintenance

- Doors, locks, door closers and hardware repairs

- Plastering, patching and painting

- Minor concrete repairs

- Floor, wall tiling repairs and patching

- Property repairs and make-secure works

- Minor refurbishments and construction works

- Building and asset upgrades

- Identifying issues and practical solutions while onsite

- Communicating professionally with clients and site representatives





- Completing required job documentation and service reports

- Working independently as well as alongside our wider maintenance and construction team

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in their work .

You’ll need:

- Carpentry trade qualification

- Current driver's licence

- White Card

- Positive general maintenance skills

- Ability to problem-solve and work independently

- Good communication skills

- A professional attitude when working at client sites

- Solid focus on safety and quality
