Early Childhood Teacher & Diploma Educators

Capers Early Learning North Lakes occupancy is continually growing, we are seeking Diploma qualified Educators & an ECT to join our amazing team.

With several available positions for Float, Assistant Educators, Lead Educator & an Early Childhood Teacher, we would love to see how we can support you in your Early Childhood career.

Requirements & experience:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor Of Education – Early Childhood) graduate diploma or equivalent qualification

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Current Working with Children Check

Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework

Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators

Comfortability in a collaborative teaching setting

Duties & responsibilities:

Support children's learning through play-based and outdoor experiences

Lead or contribute to our Nature Kindy sessions in bushland settings

Collaborate with families and educators to create a warm, inclusive environment

Be reflective, intentional, and innovative in your practice

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, families and the team
