HOME Richmond in office Maintenance Officer role to deliver high-quality repairs for residents. You will deliver preventative maintenance and ensure the building remains safe, functional and welcoming.

Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Officer, you will handle resident requests, manage contractors for routine services, and assist with make-ready of apartments. A minimum of 2 years general maintenance experience is preferred; hotel or build-to-rent exposure is advantageous.
