Landerer & Company, a boutique law firm in Sydney, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR aspects. This is a part time role (2–3 days on-site) for an HR Generalist ready to assume ownership of the HR function within a small professional services environment.

Responsibilities include leading the employee lifecycle, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, and advising on employee relations and performance issues. Australian employment law knowledge is essential.
