Current Solutions in New South Wales is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for home health to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes. This full-time role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation to improve mobility and daily function.

The ideal candidate has at least nine months of PT experience, a CAPTE-approved master's degree, and current CPR certification. Community/home health experience is preferred; benefits include health, retirement, and PTO.
