Altera Digital Health seeks a commercial Lawyer to build and lead the Australian legal function on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). You will negotiate SaaS agreements and key partnerships across Australia, advising leadership on privacy, data security and market entry.

You will create scalable legal templates and processes, acting as the sole legal expert for a quick-growing region while enabling business growth and strategic deals.
