Lawyers Weekly is representing a nationally recognised employer association in Melbourne's inner south-eastern suburbs. An Employment / IR Lawyer is sought to join the small in-house legal team and provide advisory and advocacy services to members.

The role involves advising members on termination, EEO, discrimination, WHS and award interpretation; drafting submissions; participating in conciliation; handling litigious matters; and contributing articles and industry events.
