The NRMA invites applications for an Inbound Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls, offering calm, empathetic support and transparent guidance to help members feel safe and back on the road quickly. This hybrid role requires a 3-week rotating roster from early to late shifts, with training periods in our Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford offices.

Start date is 9 November 2026, and peak‑period leave is limited to support service levels.
