The role is hybrid, combining remote work with initial in-office training, and requires strong computer skills and the ability to learn current systems such as ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, Buildxact, Fergus and Xero.

You will answer live calls, support clients, and help schedule jobs while maintaining excellent customer service.
