About the role

This is a permanent recruitment role within our Schools division, supporting schools across Sydney and regional NSW.

n

You'll recruit for hard-to-fill roles where success comes from relationships, persistence and proactive sourcing, not waiting for applications.

n

Working alongside our Sydney team and global recruitment network, you'll uncover exceptional educators locally and internationally, using every avenue available to build talent pipelines.

n

What you'll be doing:

- Build trusted relationships with schools across Sydney and regional NSW
n
- Proactively source educators through referrals, social media, talent communities and international pipelines
n
- Partner with our global recruitment team to attract overseas educators
n
- Interview, assess and match exceptional educators to permanent roles
n
- Grow new business while providing outstanding service to existing schools
n
- Manage the recruitment process from brief to placement
n
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
n
