The Role:

This is not a clipboard-and-checklist property management job.

n

As an Associate Property Manager, you are the engine room of the portfolio. You support senior team members, protect landlord outcomes, and ensure every tenant interaction reflects the Henderson standard.

You'll work alongside high performers, learn fast, and build the foundation to step into a full portfolio role quickly.

n

This is a launchpad role. Not a holding pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support leasing campaigns and onboarding of new tenancies
n
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed, professional reports
n
- Assist with arrears management and tenant communication
n
- Coordinate maintenance and follow through until completion
n
- Keep CRM and PropertyMe systems tight and up to date
n
- Provide proactive communication to landlords
n
- Support compliance, documentation,



and trust accounting processes
n
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
n
