As an In-Home Carer, you will:

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Experience in aged care, community care or disability support.
n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services or a related qualification.
n
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- Current Driver's License
n
- Reliable car
n
- A genuine passion for helping others, with a caring and compassionate nature.
n
- A commitment to supporting older people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
n
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
n
- Reliability, honesty and a strong sense of responsibility.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
