Job Description

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Retail Manager to join the Priceline Pharmacy Woodvale team . You will lead the retail team day to day, work closely with the owners and pharmacists, and help create an outstanding experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead, coach and support the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service

n

Meet and review monthly KPIs, including sales, loyalty sign-ups, promotions, stock performance and customer experience

n

Develop practical ideas and action plans to improve sales, customer engagement and store performance

n

Ensure all Priceline promotions, catalogues, campaign displays and merchandising standards are implemented accurately and on time

n

Drive Priceline Sister Club loyalty engagement and help the team confidently promote offers and services

n

Manage stock levels, ordering, stock rotation, out-of-stocks, markdowns and inventory control

n

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, presentation and compliance throughout the store

n

Prepare staff rosters and support training, performance and development of the retail team

n





Work closely with the pharmacy team to support health services, seasonal campaigns and local community initiatives

n

Be a visible, positive and approachable leader on the shop floor

n

About you

n

Previous Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or senior retail leadership experience within Priceline

n

Strong knowledge of Priceline systems, promotions, merchandising requirements and Sister Club loyalty program

n

Experience working toward and achieving monthly KPIs

n

A proactive attitude, strong commercial awareness and the confidence to bring new ideas forward

n

Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills

n

A positive, energetic and reliable approach to work

n

Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy retail environment

n

Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends when required
