Flourish Australia invites applications for a Peer Worker or Mental Health Worker to join the Specialist Homelessness Service. Based in Moree or Inverell, full time 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, you will support people with lived experience of mental health challenges to achieve their hopes and goals.

The role emphasizes recovery-based practice, reducing stigma, and using your lived experience to build trust and mutual respect.
