About you:
n
n
- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
n
- At least3 years' experience working as a Chef in skilled kitchens
n
- Must be available at least two days during weekdays
n
- Experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate catering,
private residences or similar environments
n
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and WH&S; practices
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and time management skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation standards
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Police Check and Blue Card or willingness to obtain
n
- Flexibility to work across a variety of venues as required
n
n
Uniform:traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (plain, no logos), chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat and safety shoes
