As an Assistant Service Manager, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to support your team, create awesome experiences for children and help keep the service running smoothly. You'll be hands-on, connected to the team and part of creating a place where children and educators genuinely love to be.

n

We have Locations across Dutton Park, Yeronga, Pullenvale, Moorooka, Scenic Shores and Bay View (Redland Bay), Runcorn, Runcorn Heights, Waterford West.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting, mentoring and motivating your OSHC team
n
- Helping create fun, engaging and inclusive programs
n
- Building great relationships with children, families and schools
n
- Supporting rosters, planning, compliance and day-to-day operations
n
- Championing child safety, wellbeing and inclusion
n




- Stepping up for the Service Manager when needed
n
- Contributing to a positive team culture where everyone can do their best
n

What you'll bring

n

You'll have relevant OSHC experience, a Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA, and current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

n

More importantly, you'll bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for people. You might be ready for your first leadership role, or already have some leadership experience and be looking for your next challenge.
