We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our expanding Customer Service Team and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience.

n

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to;

n

n
- Answering incoming and outbound calls to customers, service providers, and retailers
n
- Logging in and allocating warranty repairs, spare parts, and sales orders
n
- Following up on allocated warranty repairs and providing timely updates
n
- Documenting and managing store credit follow-ups for the Customer Returns Department to help improve service quality
n

About you:

n

n




- Confident and comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls every day in a fast-paced environment while accurately entering warranty information
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Positive personality, professional phone manner, and team spirit
n
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or a phone-based role is preferred but not essential
n
- Experience with troubleshooting or a background in AV/WG warranty repairs is desirable (training provided)
n
- SAP experience preferred
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
