We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our busy, family-owned café in Campbell. We take pride in serving great coffee with genuinely excellent customer service, so we're looking for someone who is confident behind the machine, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves creating a welcoming experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of dine-in and takeaway coffee orders
- Hospitality all-rounder that can work efficiently and stay organised during busy periods
- Maintain quality and consistency of every coffee made
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Work independently and as part of a team

- Strong coffee knowledge and previous barista experience
- Confident managing a high volume of dine-in and takeaway coffee orders
