n We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join a busy cold storage operation in Carrum Downs. This is an ongoing opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, consistent night shift hours, and the chance to work with a well-established team.

About the Role

n

Working within a 5-degree cold storage facility, you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for dispatch.

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Cleaning and preparing returned polystyrene "Esky" boxes for reuse
n
- Removing and disposing of any rubbish left in returned Esky's
n




- Sanitising and inspecting boxes to ensure they meet quality standards
n
- Packing customer orders into Esky's ready for delivery
n
- Adding dry ice and securing lids before sealing cartons
n
- Assisting with quality control processes including metal detector checks
n
- Preparing completed orders for dispatch and transport
n

What We're Looking For

- Ability to work night shift consistently
n
- Comfortable working in a cold workplace (5 degrees)
n
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
n
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
n
