The Safety and Compliance Advisor is responsible for ensuring the center complies with QCS legislative, Quality Assurance and Risk Management frameworks, including monitoring and developing compliance programs, reviewing policies, and advising management on risk and risk mitigation.

This role provides advice and support to the Chief Superintendent of the Correctional Centre to enhance safety outcomes for staff, prisoners and visitors through the Correctional Centre Local Action Plan.
