Our Infrastructure team manages approximately A$38 billion in unlisted infrastructure investments globally and has built a robust reputation for identifying, acquiring and managing high-quality assets that deliver long-term value for our clients.

We're seeking a curious, motivated Graduate to join our Transport Infrastructure team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how large-scale infrastructure investments are evaluated, managed and grown.

About the Role:

n

As a Graduate in our Infrastructure team, you'll work alongside experienced investment professionals and gain exposure to live investments, transaction activity, asset management initiatives and industry research. You'll be supported by a mentor and buddy and can build your commercial, analytical and investment skills through hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities:

- - Assisting with financial analysis and modelling
n
- - Conducting market, economic and sector research
n
- - Supporting investment due diligence activities
n
- - Monitoring portfolio company performance and preparing insights
n
- - Contributing to valuation, reporting and investment review processes
n
- - Assisting with board and investment committee materials




n
- - Building knowledge of the transport infrastructure sector and broader infrastructure markets
n
- - Collaborating with colleagues across investment, legal, tax, reporting and risk functions
n

About You:

n

n
- - The ideal person has recently completed, or is completing, a degree in: Business, Accounting and Finance (BAFE), Economics, Finance, Commerce, Law (combined degrees encouraged), Or a related discipline
n
- - Have a genuine interest in investing, infrastructure and financial markets
n
- - Brings a curious mindset and enjoys solving complex problems
n
- - Is highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers
n
- - Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing
n
- - Enjoys learning and working collaboratively within a high-performing team
n
- - Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to ask questions
n
- - Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- - Exposure to financial modelling, investment analysis, economics, corporate finance or infrastructure through coursework, internships or extracurricular activities will be looked upon favourably, but is not essential.
