We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our Ipswich Distribution Centre. In this role, you'll lead a small customer service team while managing customer orders, subs and shorts, and EDI processing, working closely with sales reps, planning, distribution and transport to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time. You'll also oversee staffing levels, support staff morale, and help uphold site safety and compliance standards, including Chain of Responsibility obligations, all within a fast paced FMCG environment. Reporting to the Qld Sales Manager, this is a great next step for someone ready to bring their leadership and customer service experience to a hands on, high volume role.
Job Requirements
Experience in customer service or team leadership,
strong communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines in a fast paced workplace.
