Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Newcastle Central

Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour.

n

Hours: Full Time (39 hours).

n

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5:30am and 10pm, including some weekends

n

- Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
n

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU'LL:

n

- Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
n
- Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
n
- Order assembly and stock control.
n




- Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
n
