Disability Support Worker (Accommodation & Living Area)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking committed Disability Support Workers to join our Accommodation & Living team under an individualised model of support.

About the Role

n

You will be part of a consistent support team delivering high quality, person centred care aligned to the participant's individual goals, health needs and daily living requirements.

n

This role suits professionals who are reliable, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional support within a collaborative team environment.

You will be supported by strong organisational systems, transparent communication pathways and ongoing opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Shift Requirements, Applicants must be available for:

n

n
- Early morning shifts: 6am to 9am
n
- Evening shifts: 3pm to 10pm
n
- Minimum three sleepover shifts per fortnight
n




- Minimum 12 months experience in disability or a related field
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (highly regarded)
n
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
n
- Competency in Medication Management and Administration
n
- Experience in Mealtime Management, including PEG feeding
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Employee Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Capacity to meet the physical requirements of the role, including manual handling
n
- Ability to provide two current professional references
n
