- Process daily client payment transactions (funds in/out) accurately and within established timeframes, ensuring adherence to company procedures and service levels.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams (AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Sales, Accounting and Reconciliation) to support all payment and back-office related tasks.
n
- Communicate effectively with the company's banks and payment providers to resolve payment or reconciliation issues.
n
- Monitor payment activity to ensure accuracy, detect irregularities, and upscale any unusual transactions when required.
n
- Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives and overall business operations.
n
- Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
n
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
n
- Skilled experience in a financial institution (e.g. banking sector or fintech) is a plus.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
n
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule.
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a agile environment.
n
- Experience in a payments department, including:n n
- Processing payouts and pay-ins (deposits).
n
- Reviewing and accepting client deposits.
n




- Processing client withdrawals.
n
- Reviewing customer documents for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.
