We are seeking a highly motivated qualified person to join our team who pride themselves with

n

exceptional customer service & delivering holidays of a lifetime to all our guests.

n

The successful applicant needs to ensure the efficient and qualified management of the Operations, Maintenance and Detailing departments, including:

n

n
- scheduling of all maintenance and repairs to our fleet
n
- day‐to‐day management and rostering of staff
n
- any other duties as required by management
n

n

You will also be required to work weekends, school holidays & some public holidays.

n





Must have:

n

n
- Previous experience in the Marine Tourism Sector preferred
n
- Appropriate Marine Qualifications
n
- Familiar with current Marine Regulatory requirements
n
- Strong commitment and focus on safety
n
- Sound knowledge of maintenance of vessels both mechanically & presentation
n
- Be able to brief guests prior to charter on the vessel, charter area & safety aspects
n
- Have clear Communication and above average Computer Skills.
n
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
