Endeavour Foundation on the Gold Coast offers casual and part time positions across SIL (Supported Independent Living) homes. Roles involve a mix of days, afternoons and sleepover supports, with open availability required.

You’ll empower people with disability to live more independently and engage in daily living activities. Our ideal candidate is calm, compassionate, and professional, with experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
