Job Description

KinKera is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead day-to-day management, maintenance and compliance of our SDA and MTA properties across Australia. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will guide a small team and drive operational excellence as we grow.

You'll ensure properties are safe, compliant and well maintained, collaborate with Customer Engagement Specialists and the wider leadership team, and scale the portfolio into current states and properties.
