Organic growth has created the opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the team. Interest from RCs at all levels is welcome.

n

You'll be Sydney based, working 3 days from home & 2 days from their Inner West office, & visiting clients across your local region.

The Role

n

n
- Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers & support your clients in their return to work
n
- Vocational assessments & counselling
n
- Attend case conferences & liaise with insurers, employers & treating providers to facilitate RTW outcomes
n
- Focus on quality & achieving outcomes, with reasonable billable expectations
n
- Visit clients across your local Sydney region & deliver Telehealth services from home
n
- Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
n
- Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
n
- Training & coaching of other team members, for experienced Consultants
n

- Salary of $85-110K + Super

- Uncapped bonus scheme paid quarterly, based on a holistic assessment of your performance, following probation

The Ideal Candidate

n

n
- ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor (Associate or Full Member)
n
- 1 year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable
n
- A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders
n
- Comfortable working independently & as part of a team
n
- Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others
n
- Driver's licence & car
