We have a great opportunity for an Asphalt Crew Member to join our team in Seven Hills.

n

This hands-on role is an important part of our operations, where you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality road surfacing projects. Day to day, you'll be operating mobile construction equipment, supporting the crew with a range of labouring tasks, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

n

This position offers the chance to build your skills in a supportive team setting while playing a key role in delivering projects that help connect communities.

Your day will involve:

n

- Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
n
- Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment
n
- Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
n
- Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
n
- Ensure compliance with Boral OH&S; policies, meeting safety and environmental standards
n

What are we looking for?

n

n




- Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)
n
- Strong commitment to safety and the workplace with a superior customer focus
n
- General Construction Induction Card
n
- Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded)
n
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment
n
- Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
n
