Position Overview:
n We are looking for a skilled and passionateBaristawith at least2 years of experienceto join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and be passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee.

Key Responsibilities:
n

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with consistency and precision.
n
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and equipment.
n
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our guests.
n
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
n
- Work efficiently during peak hours and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
n
- Demonstrate latte art skills (preferred but not mandatory).
n
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
n

Requirements:
n
n
- Minimum2 years of experienceas a Barista.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
n
- Robust knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
n
- Latte art skills are a plus!
