We're looking for safety focused, Level 2 Assistant Drivers to join our Coal and Bulk team in Mudgee, NSW. Following your onboarding, you will complete Engine & Air school and be trained as a Level 4 Locomotive Driver.

What you will do:

n

n
- Prioritise safety in every moment, safely every day
n
- Complete pre-start checks and required compliance documentation
n
- Prepare, operate and shut down locomotives in line with operational procedures
n
- Maintain clear, professional communication in safety critical environments
n
- Monitor train performance and respond to changing conditions
n
- Work with teams to deliver safe, reliable outcomes for customers
n

What we're looking for:

- Full Australian working rights
n




- Level 2 Assistant Driver nationally recognised qualifications
n
- NSW Safe Working qualifications (Train Order will be advantageous)
n
- Valid unrestricted Class C licence and reliable transport
n
- Category 1 Rail Medical, Musculoskeletal assessment, and ongoing drug/alcohol compliance
n
- National Police Check
n
- A strong, proven commitment to safety
n
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
n
- Flexibility to meet operational demands
