Senior Recruitment Consultant | Advisor - Blue Collar

Indigenous Managed Services (IMS) is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant | Advisor - Blue Collar to join our team and take ownership of a busy and diverse recruitment portfolio.

n

IMS is a well-established recruitment and labour hire business, working across mining, resources, civil construction, infrastructure, government and industrial sectors throughout Western Australia. We are a well-developed recruitment agency who has on-going contracts and are on multiple Recruitment and Labour Hire panels.

This is a hands-on Senior Recruitment role suited to someone who knows the blue-collar market, can confidently manage multiple vacancies and clients, and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

n

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to placement, onboarding and mobilisation, while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

The Role

n

You'll recruit across a broad range of blue-collar positions from the Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport, Energy and Engineering Industries.

n

- Managing end-to-end recruitment of Non-Indigenous and Indigenous personnel across labour hire and permanent vacancies
n
- Managing multiple active vacancies across a range of clients and projects
n
- Advertising and proactively sourcing and engaging suitable candidates
n
- Writing and posting job advertisements
n
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
n
- Assessing experience, tickets, licences and competencies
n
- Preparing candidate submissions and recommendations
n




- Co-ordinating client interviews, references and employment offers
n
- Managing pre-employment requirements including medicals, police clearances and compliance documentation
n
- Co-ordinating onboarding, mobilisation and commencement requirements
n
- Developing and maintaining strong candidate talent pools
n
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates and clients
n
- Providing a high level of service throughout the recruitment process
n
- Maintaining accurate recruitment and candidate records
n
- Attend client meetings when required
n
- Support the Agency Manager
n

About You

n

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who understands blue-collar recruitment and labour hire and can confidently take ownership of a busy desk.

n

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

n

n
- Strong experience in blue-collar recruitment
n
- Recruitment experience across mining, resources, civil construction, trades, industrial or labour hire
n
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment (Experience with Job Adder a plus)
n
- A customer service-orientated approach to clients and candidates.
n
- A strong understanding of blue-collar tickets, licences, trades and competencies
n




- Excellent candidate sourcing and talent pooling skills
n
- Confidence managing high-volume and priority recruitment requirements
n
- Strong client and candidate relationship management skills
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of your recruitment portfolio.
n
- Drivers Licence and Reliable Vehicle
