We have an opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a busy and established real estate team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being out of the office, meeting people and managing the leasing process from enquiry through to a successful tenancy.

You will work closely with our Property Management and Business Development teams, with administrative support available to help keep your focus on leasing, communication and delivering a excellent experience for both owners and tenants.

Leasing Consultant

We have an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a busy and established real estate team.

The Role

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
n
- Managing leasing for new and existing properties
n
- Following up prospective tenants and enquiries
n
- Communicating with owners and tenants throughout the leasing process
n
- Working closely with Property Managers and the Business Development team
n
- Coordinating with administrative support to ensure leasing tasks are completed efficiently
n
- Keeping property and applicant information accurate and up to date
n




- Providing a professional and positive experience throughout the leasing process
n

Requirements

n

To be considered for this position, you will need:

n

n
- A current Real Estate Licence
n
- A current Driver's Licence
n
- Previous leasing experience
n

n

Hours

n

This is a full-time position and includes Saturday work as part of the normal roster.

n

Time worked on Saturdays is balanced with time off during the week:

n

n
- Full Saturday worked = full weekday off
n
- Half Saturday worked = half weekday off
n

n
