Pinto Tiramisu is seeking a Production Kitchen Manager to lead the production kitchen and the team as we expand. This hands-on leadership role suits someone with a pastry, dessert or bakery background who is highly organised and calm under pressure, with confidence in directing staff.
You’ll run day-to-day production, maintain quality standards and ensure production runs efficiently, while also growing into a larger leadership role over time.
