Job Description

Central Gippsland Health Service in Gippsland VIC is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner to provide dedicated ER/IR support, coaching leaders, and deliver divisional people plans within CGH.

The successful candidate will partner with managers across multiple campuses (Sale, Maffra, Heyfield), navigate enterprise bargaining, and lead change initiatives while upholding a commitment to inclusive, high-quality people outcomes.
