Job Description

Junction Support Services in Wangaratta seeks a Homes First Aboriginal Case Manager to deliver culturally protected, trauma-informed, strengths-based case management for Aboriginal clients. You will develop individualised support plans, assist with housing stability, wellbeing and community connections, and advocate for client choice and self-determination.

This full-time, maximum-term role runs to 30 June 2029 and offers the chance to collaborate with Aboriginal communities and service partners.
