You will:

Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients' homes, including individual case management.

n

Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.

n

Deliver education, counselling,



and group support aimed at improving patients' health outcomes.

n

Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff. Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.

What You'll Need:

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered NurseRecent Experience in HaemodialysisAustralian Working RightsDemonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiativesWillingness to complete: Police CheckWorking with Children's CheckUpdated Vaccination/Immunisation RecordObtain a current ALS and BLS CertificationWe also offer:?
