TASCO Petroleum is seeking a motivated and customer-focused DepotOperations Officer to support the effective day-to-day operation of ourdepot. This is a diverse role combining administration, customer service,logistics coordination, stock control, and operational support.

n

Working closely with the Depot Manager, you will play a keyrole in ensuring customers receive outstanding service while supporting safeand efficient depot operations.

n

About the Role

n

As the Depot Operations Officer, you will be responsiblefor:

n

n
- Processingcustomer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently
n
- Coordinatingfuel deliveries and scheduling logistics activities
n
- Preparinginvoices, reconciliations, banking, and operational reports
n
- Maintainingcustomer records and depot operational systems
n
- Assistingwith stocktakes and inventory management
n
- Managingdepot administration and quality assurance documentation
n
- Buildingstrong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internalteams
n
- Supportinga safe and compliant workplace in accordance with company policies andindustry requirements
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Minimumtwo years' experience in an administration, customer service, logistics,or operational support role
n




- Strongcomputer and data entry skills
n
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications
n
- Excellentorganisational and time management skills
n
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
n
- Highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
n
- CurrentAustralian Driver Licence
n
- Experiencewithin fuel, transport, logistics, warehousing, or depot operations
n
- Deliveryscheduling and logistics coordination experience
n
- Knowledgeof fuel products, lubricants, or inventory management systems
n
- Understandingof Dangerous Goods requirements
n
- Current HR Licence
n
