About the Role:

We are seeking a lawyer experienced in Wills and Estates (minimum of 1 year PAE) to join this reputable team. Those with more years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a broad range of wills and estates matters from initial consultation to finalisation
- Drafting legal documents including wills, enduring powers of attorney, applications for probate, and letters of administration
- Managing deceased estate administration,



including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Handling complex estate planning, such as family trust and SMSF succession
- Preparing Advance Health Directives and representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.

What You Bring:

- Proven experience in Wills & Estates (1 - 4 years + is ideal)
- Capability to manage your own cases independently
- Dedication to delivering top-notch client service
- Keen attention to detail
- A genuine interest in Succession Law.
- Flexibility to work remotely 1 - 2 days a week
- Work closely with senior members of the team
