About the role:

- Run seeding/harvest machinery and daily servicing
n
- Operate boom spray
n
- Own day‐to‐day logistics and coordination
n
- Support/guide seasonal staff during peak periods
n
- Keep owners informed
n
- execute to plan (agronomy/programming set by owners)
n
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting
n
- Occasional truck driving at seeding and harvest (HR/HC)
n
n
About you:
n
n
- Broadacre experience (seeding & harvest) with strong machine skills
n
- Boom spraying competence (or clear pathway to autonomy)
n
- Practical mechanical aptitude
n
- safety‐first mindset
n
- Communicative, low‐ego, reliable
n
- works well solo and with owners
n
- Licences: C essential (HR/HC/MC highly regarded)
n
n
