About The NDIS Quality And Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission)

The NDIS Commission is an independent agency established on 1 July 2018 to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. The NDIS Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia.

We work with NDIS participants, service providers, workers and the community to make sure participants have choice, control and dignity when they access high-quality supports and services in safe environments.

About The Security And Workplace Team
n
The Security and Workplace Services team is responsible for enhancing the NDIS Commission's security, property and business resilience capability.
n
The Corporate Support team is made up of Corporate Support Officers (CSO) who are responsible for face-to-face support in nine of the NDIS Commission's offices nationwide. The CSOs work as a team and in collaboration with other corporate teams to ensure consistency of processes across the offices.

About The Role
n
Day to day activities in the Corporate Support team will be across a wide range of duties and would suit a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail, who enjoys working with people.
n
Corporate Support Officers play an significant role in supporting NDIS Commission operations through high-quality customer service, facilitating administrative, maintenance and security arrangements at each office location, and enabling employees to deliver their duties.
n
Corporate Support Officers are required to work from the office a minimum 4 days per week for full-time employees, minimum 2 days per week for part-time employees.
n
The Corporate Support Officer is primarily responsible for:

- Provision of administrative and corporate support services to facilitate delivery of business operations to agreed standards
n
- Monitor group mailboxes and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Working with corporate teams to on-board and off-board new starters;
n
- Facilitating office induction and site walkthrough for new starters;
n
n
