About the Role

n

The HSE Advisor will ensure corporate and legislative OH&S; compliance and corporate quality standards as well as working with site teams and contractors to ensure standards are met. The role will be on site, 2:1 roster.

Duties

n

n
- Provision of input into lessons learned and continuous improvement.
n
- Providing environmental, safety, and occupational health support, assistance, and guidance to the Service Teams on a daily basis, and the wider business as required.
n




- Implementing the requirements of the Service Site EHS plan and company procedures at the site level.
n
- Monitoring compliance with company procedures and key performance indicators through inspections, audits, and reviews.
n
- Preparation of EHS reporting to ensure internal and external compliance for service sites on performance and opportunities for improvement.
n
- Supporting the company with monitoring and reporting on adherence to the company and Customer quality requirements for Service sites.
n
- Conducting analysis and reports on changes to relevant EHS State and Federal laws and regulations and providing advice and support on subsequent changes for internal standards.
n
- Management of post-incident and incident investigation in accordance with Site EHS Plans and legislative requirements.
n
- Maintenance of EHS and Quality records including risk and aspect registers.

To be successful you MUST have ALL OF the below requirements;

n

- A Cert IV in WHS or equivalent Level Qualification
n
- Minimum 4 years experience in safety
n
- Solid site-based HSE experience within construction
n
- 4WD cert - MUST BE THE RIIV305F
n
- Recent first aid certificate and CPR
n
- Rigging and dogging experience
